This building was a former nursing home. CPK was asked to turn it into a dormitory to house the students at Baldwin Wallace University attending the sustainability program. The hall includes sustainable features for students to practice the lifestyle they are learning.

Geothermal is a cost effective and safe alternative form of heating and cooling a home. Inspired by this homes natural surroundings, the Owner requested we add geothermal into the reconstruction and renovation of this home.
